Privacy Policy

Account details: name, email, phone number, area and (optionally) address and profile photo.

Training preferences from the matching quiz: goals, where and when you want to train, equipment, experience level.

Health information, only if you choose to share it: injuries, joint issues, mobility limits, pregnancy or postpartum status, and any note you write for your coach. This is sensitive data and we ask for your explicit consent first.

Family members you add to book for: name and date of birth.

Bookings, sessions, ratings and messages connected to them.

Payment records: amounts, dates, and the transfer screenshots you upload. We never see or store your card or bank login.

Location: only when you check in to a session or press SOS, and only while the app is open.

Session audio recordings, only if you start one.

Device data: a push-notification token, app version and crash reports (no names or contact details are attached to crash reports).

To match you with suitable coaches and run your bookings and payments.

To keep sessions safe: your coach sees the health notes you choose to share so they can adapt the training; SOS and incident reports reach our team with the details needed to help.

To send booking updates, reminders and account emails.

To prevent fraud, enforce our terms and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

We only store health information after you tick the consent box in the quiz or at booking. You can skip the health questions completely and still book.

You can withdraw consent at any time from your profile. We then stop storing new health notes; notes already sent to a coach with a past booking remain on that booking.

Your coach: your name, phone, area and address for in-home sessions, your booking details and any health note you shared — for coaches you book with only.

Perform+ staff, on a need-to-know basis, to verify payments, handle support and respond to incidents.

Service providers who process data for us under contract: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), Expo (push notifications) and Sentry (crash reports). Some of them store data outside Egypt; we rely on your consent and on their contractual safeguards for those transfers.

Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

Account data: for as long as your account is open.

Session recordings: 10 days, unless an incident report puts them on hold.

Payment and session records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, in anonymised form once your account is deleted.

You can see and correct your details in your profile, withdraw consent, and ask for a copy of your data.

You can delete your account yourself: Account & privacy → Delete account, on the website or in the app. A client account is deleted straight away; a coach account within 30 days, after any payouts are settled.

For anything else, or to complain, contact privacy@performplus.fit. You can also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Centre.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and admin accounts use two-factor authentication. If a breach affects your data, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Centre within 72 hours and tell you as the law requires.

Accounts are for adults. When a parent books for a child, the parent provides and controls the child's details.

We will post any change here and tell you in the app if it matters.
